Unfortunately all the goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
7. What happen when you don't have the stocks?
We take pre-order every month. We will ask you to send us an email with the following template:

8. What is Silver 925?
Silver 925 is also called sterling silver, it is an a lloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals (such as copper).
Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing things from it. Therefore it is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength and at the same time reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale and increasing resistance to tarnish.
9. How to take care of accessories made from silver?
To keep silver jewelry from getting tarnished, you need to wear it often. It is because the natural grease from your body will serve as a protective layer for the silver jewelry.
For storing it, wrap it with tissue paper and stor e it in a zip lock bag. (This can keep the silver jewelry to be Tarnish free for months)
To clean a tarnished silver jewelry piece, you can rub the jewelry with a piece of cotton cloth with dish washing soap (not the dish washer kind) or hand wash liquid soap or tooth paste (fore heavily tarnished pieces), and rinse it with warm water
For jewelry with delicate designs or hard to clean pieces (e.g. earrings), you can use the baking soda for cleaning. Simply put the jewelry in a bowl, add a few table spoon of baking soda and add hot water. Rinse with water and dry it with towel s afterwards.
10. How do I measure my finger size?
You can measure your finger size by measuring th e inner diameter of one of your rings, and then find the catalog ring diameter that match your ring size the closest. Please note that, some rings are resizeable and some rings are not. We are unable to resize the rings that already come with different ring size.
Another ring measurement method is by taking a piece of ribbon/thread, circle it around the finger that you want to measure, mark on the ribbon with your pen, take it out and measure it using ruler the circumference of your finger.
10. Things to bear in mind when wearing jewelry.
- Some people might have some skin problem when having the metal parts of the jewelry in contact with their skin (itching, rashes, etc.) If you notice any skin problems, stop wearing the item. If your skin problem still exists more than 3 days please consult a dermatologist.
- It is possible for the jewelry to cause accidental injury when worn while sleeping, playing sports, carrying out physical work, or caring with children, please avoid using jewelry during these situations.
- It is possible for jewelry to cause burns if to be worn in extremely hot conditions (e.g. sauna) or in extremely cold conditions (e.g. skiing). We therefore recommend you to avoid using jewelry during these situations.
